MORNING ROUTINE

Hi I am Kat! I am 20 years young and 142 pounds. I have a 11 month old son names Mikko who I love to death.

In my "youth" (pre-motherhood) I was always very very skinny. I was one of the lucky ones who could eat whatever I wanted and I kept my "figure".

Skinny doesn't = Healthy

My goal weight is 125. Not only do I want to lose some pound'ag, I want to live a more active lifestyle and have fitness be a part of my life! So lets get started!

I am not here to track my meal, but I am here to tell you I ATE HEALTHY TODAY (and to vent if I didn't)!!

I am also here to tell you what I did today to be more ACTIVE.

The biggest fault in my "journey" is that I do not like to do cardio. I realized that is what I neeeeed to do.

I can walk

I hate running.

I have a jogging stroller, but do I jog with it? No!!!
